Job Description

Non-IT hiring

This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of Non-IT hiring, and the ability to drive closures in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
for mid, lateral, and senior-level roles
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters in a
work-from-home setup
Handle client requirements, hiring plans, and delivery timelines
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
Track closures, productivity, and recruitment performance metrics
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and regular hiring reports
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Ensure quality hiring and client satisfaction
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
