Job Title: HR Lead


Role description

As the Lead HR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support the company's overall objectives and foster a positive work environment.


Experience: 5 to 9 years

Location: Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-time, working from the office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Develop and drive effective employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational environment leading to employee satisfaction and retention
  • Lead employee relations efforts, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures and benefits offerings.
  • Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits and thereby tailor our offerings accordingly
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.


Qualifications and skill set:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent data analytical and presentation skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other analytical packages
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
