Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and organizational standards. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on key performance indicators. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to employees and management.
