Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with management to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent. Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and organizational standards. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on key performance indicators.
