Lead HR Business Leader - VIQ Client (Confidential Search)

VIQ is proud to partner with a multinational corporation (MNC) that is planning to enter India to build a global capability center. They're planning to build dynamic team poised for rapid growth. They are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping their success.

Required Expertise and job requirements:

1. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR functions at both established companies and innovative startups. Unique blend of experience is plus
2. Experience working for companies with cross-border entities is a labour must
3. Demonstrated success in leading and managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle
4. Manage and own key metrics for HR related functions, reporting
5. Local Labor Law Expertise-An in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws pertaining to employment, compensation & benefits, and retirement plans
6. Demonstrated experience of managing compliance related to the entire HR lifecycle
7. Hands-on experience working with other verticals within business such as operations, finance,internal/external comms etc..
8. Ability to effectively communicate with global leadership, advise them on strategies pertaining to the GCC
9. Develop and implement a strong employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent in the competitive Indian market.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance.

Ideal Candidate should have..

• 10 years+ HR & People leadership experience is must -(Mix of scaled startup and large company experience)
• Ability to build, own & manage the entire employer brand for the region
• Distinguished Educational Qualification
• Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Ability to manage external partners
• Prior experience building and leading large functional team to deliver the mandate
• Pleasant & approachable personality
