We are seeking a Senior / Lead Visual Designer to take charge of our brand’s creative vision and execution. In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Responsibilities:

Own and define the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.

Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.

Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.

Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.

Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

For the Tpe role activities we have idified the required skills, this list must cover all of them along with educational and other qualifications

5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem. Exposure to a digital or consumer tech ecosystem would be preferred.

Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools

Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
