Job Description

✅ Generate and qualify high-quality leads through online and offline channels

✅ Run digital and offline lead generation campaigns across platforms

✅ Manage and update CRM systems; maintain accurate lead data and status

✅ Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients and investors

✅ Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

✅ Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies

✅ Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings

✅ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and conversion

✅ Attend site visits, exhibitions, and real estate events to promote projects

✅ Prepare and present basic project details and offerings to interested buyers

✅ Track and report performance metrics related to lead sources and ROI

✅ Ensure high standards of customer service during all interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,759.62 - ₹37,160.55 per month
