    HR Director/Head of People, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager, People Partner.
  • Technical line managers (all industries):

    Engineering & Product Managers, IT/Infrastructure & Security Leads, Data/AI/Analytics Managers, DevOps/Platform Leads, OT/Industrial IT, Production/Manufacturing & Operations Managers, R&D Managers, QA/Reg/Quality Leaders, Supply Chain Managers, Lab/Clinical/R&D leaders in MedTech & Life Sciences.

Outcomes you own

  • Primary:

    Book

    qualified Microsoft Teams or Google Meet

    calls for our Account Manager (Recruitment & Consulting) with the personas above.

What you'll do

  • Map ICP accounts/personas in

    Sweden

    via company sites, public registries, industry directories, conference/attendee lists, associations, procurement portals, relevant forums/communities, and partner/referral networks.
  • Run

    multi-channel outreach excluding LinkedIn

    : targeted email, phone, industry newsletters, micro-events/webinars, associations, and ethical guerrilla tactics in niche communities.
  • Assess interest/need, qualify, propose slots,

    send calendar invites (Teams/Google Meet)

    , confirm attendance, and handle reschedules.
  • Keep clean CRM notes and prepare a short

    briefing summary

    for every booked meeting.

  • Proven success

    booking B2B meetings and creating warm handoffs for companies operating in

    Sweden

    .
  • Strong

    research & list-building

    skills from reliable non-LinkedIn sources.
  • Excellent

    email outreach

    (deliverability, sequencing, personalization) and confident

    cold-calling

    .
  • Fluent English

    (written & spoken) and

    excellent communication skills

    ; disciplined, self-managed work style; solid CRM hygiene and basic GDPR/anti-spam awareness.
  • Nice to have: Swedish market experience; Swedish language skills.
