About the Role

Lead Generation Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and execute
organic lead generation campaigns
targeting final-year students, graduates, and working professionals.
Manage and optimize
content marketing, SEO, social media
, and community engagement for lead acquisition.
Build and nurture learning communities, host webinars, and promote referral programs for quality lead generation.
Collaborate with faculty and marketing teams to align messaging with program goals.
Use CRM and analytics tools to track leads, measure campaign effectiveness, and improve outcomes.

Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in organic lead generation, preferably within EdTech, professional upskilling, or online education.
Proven track record of running successful
organic campaigns
across digital platforms.
Expertise in
SEO, inbound/content marketing, social media engagement, referral programs
, and CRM management.
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools or automation is a strong plus.
Data-driven approach; ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Must be willing to work full-time from our Gurugram office (6 days a week, Sunday off).
