Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and updating lead databases, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant with a strong background in both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, integration projects, and post-go-live support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business processes, configure systems, and provide effective ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV projects Work with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into system configurations Configure and customize BC/NAV to align with business workflows and objectives Conduct functional testing, user training, and documentation Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations with third-party applications Participate in pre-sales activities such as client demos, effort estimation, and solution design when needed Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvement. Key Requirements: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience in handling implementation, upgrade, and integration projects Excellent documentation, communication, and client interaction skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
