The Role:
Do you see patterns in markets, spot potential in companies, and know exactly how to turn cold contacts into warm conversations?
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can dig deep, research smart, and build a steady stream of qualified leads for both Indian and international markets.
At V-Do Creative, we work with some of the most exciting brands to tell their stories through high-impact videos. If you’re passionate about marketing, video content, and driving growth through great communication, we want to meet you.
The Responsibilities:
IDENTIFY
· Research and build targeted databases of potential client segments in domestic and global markets.
· Study companies to evaluate market potential and relevance to our services.
· Collect and log decision-maker contacts (e.g., Marketing Heads, Brand Managers) into our CRM.
ENGAGE
· Reach out through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and networking events.
· Personalize outreach to spark interest and start meaningful conversations.
· Share relevant updates - new videos, industry-specific work, or case studies.
QUALIFY
· Identify prospects with real potential and qualify leads.
· Understand initial client needs and position our offerings effectively.
· Keep a consistent follow-up cadence to maintain interest until conversion.
TRACK & OPTIMIZE
· Maintain accurate records in CRM.
· Track and report lead generation performance weekly.
· Suggest new strategies and channels for better outreach in both local and overseas markets.
The Foundation:
· Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or MBA preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development (agency/B2B experience preferred).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
· Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
· Bonus if you have experience in video production, digital marketing, or brand communication.
