Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach to generate qualified leads in the US staffing industry.
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers (TA Leaders, Procurement Heads, CXOs).
• Initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, and phone to set up meetings for senior leadership.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track follow-ups diligently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts and outreach strategy.
• Ensure regular and timely follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.
• Update and manage lead data in CRM systems.
• Research market trends and stay updated on industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in US staffing or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market and client landscape.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of dedication, consistency, and ownership of outreach tasks.
• Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing market needs.
• Proficient with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Hours).
