Role Overview

Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
Segment audiences and personalize content for better engagement
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for open rates, CTR, and conversions
Manage email lists and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling emails
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times

Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo)
Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
Experience in the tech or digital services industry is a plus
