Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual, to join our team as a Social Media Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential social media creators for collaboration, creating and maintaining a database of these creators, and performing data entry tasks. This position is crucial to our mission of supporting and funding creative talents in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research social media creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

• Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive database using Google Sheets or Excel, detailing key information such as:

- Number of followers or subscribers

- Niche or content category Engagement metrics

-Contact details (if available)

-Outreach: Engage with creators to establish potential partnerships, and log responses.

• Data Entry: Accurately input and update creator data on a regular basis.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation and outreach progress. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate and above. ( Legal background would be preferable).

• Communication: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong social media skills with familiarity across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Data entry and web search skills for efficient information gathering and input.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large amounts of data.

• A data mining mindset—ability to identify patterns and extract relevant information from data.

• Fast execution, with the ability to skim through extensive rows of data while maintaining high energy and focus.
