Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online directories, social platforms, and industry databases.
  • Generate high-quality leads specifically for digital marketing services.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel etc.).
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Reach out to potential leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling when required.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and share warm leads with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
  • Track, measure, and report weekly/monthly on lead generation efforts and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.


Key Skills & Requirements:


  • 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing services agency.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead research tools.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, etc.) is a plus.
