Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist role requires 5+ years of experience and is based in Coimbatore, starting from July 2021. Your main responsibility will be to identify, nurture, and deliver high-quality sales opportunities to the Sales Team, playing a crucial role in the sales process. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will proactively pursue and qualify sales leads through various channels such as telephone, email, and networking sites. It will be essential to process incoming leads efficiently and update the lead generation software. Achieving monthly targets of qualified leads and engaging in targeted cold calling to senior contacts in predefined businesses will be part of your daily tasks. Having a good exposure in the Gulf region is preferred for this role. You will actively participate in monthly Sales Meetings, prepare lead generation activities for monthly Sales Reports, and utilize Salesforce CRM database to record all sales activities. Generating potential customer lists by target market and executing lead generation campaigns against them is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should have software/IT product sales experience in the US region with a minimum of 5+ years in sales development management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using leading CRM tools, process-driven mindset, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to think innovatively are crucial for success in this role. Strong organizational skills, enthusiasm, self-motivation, confidence, and good communication skills are also essential qualities for the Lead Generation Specialist position.,
