As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-quality sales opportunities to our Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively pursuing and qualifying sales leads via telephone, email, and networking sites. - Processing incoming leads and updating the lead generation software. - Achieving monthly targets of qualified leads to pass on to the sales team. - Conducting targeted cold calling to senior contacts in pre-defined businesses, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections, and setting appointments. - Having good exposure in the Gulf region. - Taking an active role in monthly Sales Meetings, preparing lead generation activity for inclusion in monthly Sales Reports, and utilizing Salesforce CRM database to record all sales activity. - Generating potential customer lists by target market and executing lead generation campaigns against them. - Being highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, and possessing good communication skills. In terms of qualifications, the primary skillset required for this role includes: - Software/IT product sales experience in the US region. - Minimum of 5+ years with a strong track record of sales development management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in using leading CRM tools. - Process-driven with strong analytical thinking. - Ability to think outside the box, generate, and implement new ideas. - Excellent organizational skills.
