Job Description

Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads in IT services/web design domain.
  • Generate leads using platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clutch / GoodFirms
  • Email Marketing & Outreach tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.)
  • B2B databases and forums
  • Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately.
  • Work closely with sales team to schedule meetings and demos.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in lead generation for IT services/web design industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and build prospect lists independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
