Job Description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales team. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads for Buopso’s ERP, HRMS, and CRM solutions. You will play a crucial role in creating a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for our Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries who can benefit from ERP, HRMS, and CRM solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels – LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of prospects.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Managers, IT Managers).
  • Understand client requirements and position Buopso’s solutions effectively.
  • Schedule product demos/meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Track, monitor, and update lead activities in the CRM system.
