Lead Generation Specialist/Inside Sales Executive

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Research:

    Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential leads and target accounts within defined market segments using various tools, databases, and professional networks
  • Outbound Prospecting:

    Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (via email, phone calls, and social media) to engage prospects, introduce our products/services, and assess their needs and interest levels.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the sales pipeline.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Successfully schedule qualified meetings, demonstrations, or calls for the Account Executives/Sales Team.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, messaging, and target account lists.
  • Market Insight:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduation.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation/pre-sales/inside sales.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
