JD:

We are hiring a "Business Development Manager" to drive revenue growth, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships. Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and closing deals across IT/ITES domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research & generate new leads
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build strategic partnerships & manage client accounts
  • Develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets
  • Create proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably IT/ITES)
  • Bachelor's (MBA preferred), excellent communication & CRM proficiency
  • Media/Entertainment domain knowledge is a plus
