Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in Digital Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating and qualifying high-quality leads for the international market and work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in target international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.).

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Email Marketing, PPC, SEO, Social Media).

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) to generate targeted leads.

• Generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta Campaigns, SEO, and other digital platforms.

• Create and manage targeted outreach strategies (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, PPC campaigns, Meta Ads).

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversions, Lead Quality). • Build and maintain a healthy lead database in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead generation process.

• Prepare reports on lead generation activities, progress, and KPIs.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially Meta platform updates and strategies, for B2B lead generation in the international market.


Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 – 10 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing for international markets. • Strong experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Campaigns with demonstrable success in lead generation.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, PPC, SEO tools, Email Automation Tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Proven experience in building targeted campaigns and generating high-quality leads. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Hands-on experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

• Analytical mindset with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.

• Knowledge of international market business trends and cultural nuances.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience generating leads for IT services, SaaS, software development, or technology companies.

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).

• Familiarity with advanced market research tools and data enrichment platforms
