Role: Lead Generation Specialist

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Location: Greater Noida

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Mode: Work from Office (Full- time)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related fields, with a focus on IT services and solutions.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in the IT sector.
• Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close sales with a focus on IT services. Experience with SaaS, cloud computing, software development, or digital transformation is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop rapport and trust with clients.
• A solid understanding of IT services and solutions. Knowledge of industry trends, technology advancements, and business challenges faced by clients.
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for managing sales activities, tracking performance, and reporting. Highly driven and motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload effectively.
• Mandatory with Upwork’s platform and experience in using it for prospecting and managing client relationships is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
