Job Description

Research and build contact lists, make outbound cold calls/emails to those who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and will then partner with Account Manager to get customers onboarded. Roughly 70% of the time required to be spent on the phone or email prospecting for new clients Generate high-volume quality leads through various direct sales efforts such as calls, emails, events, webinars, and other channels generated by marketing initiatives. Make daily outbound calls/emails to target prospects. Follow up on all calls and emails until meetings are booked or you have been able to move the prospect through the funnel. Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings, demos, and qualified leads worked with Account Manager Establish BANT by asking the right questions about the prospect's business, and their challenges, and helping them understand how BPAAS will help them solve those challenges Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output. Should be able to individually drive the sales conversation for cross-selling and upselling in existing accounts Should be able to achieve sales quota for mapping new stakeholders in the existing account.
