Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – US Market Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1–3 years About the Role: We’re looking for an energetic and driven Lead Generation Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads in the US B2B market , playing a critical role in supporting our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the US market Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of lead activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead volume and quality Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development Experience with outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling Good understanding of US market dynamics and business culture Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Preferred Qualifications: Background in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing domains Experience working with US-based clients Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) What We Offer: Opportunity to work with global clients Learning and growth opportunities within a supportive team Flexible work environment.
