Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Indore. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads, conducting thorough market research, maintaining strong communication with prospects, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful opportunities. The role involves staying updated on industry trends to support the organization's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying New Leads and implementing effective Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Communication skills to engage with prospects and build lasting business relationships
• Experience in Sales processes and converting leads into successful opportunities
• Research skills to analyze market trends and gather critical data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is advantageous
• Experience in the global markets industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
