Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to expand our business reach and identify new growth opportunities. This role focuses on building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies
• Drive prospecting activities through LinkedIn and email campaigns
• Build and maintain a high-quality database of potential clients
• Create targeted outreach campaigns using different tools
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics
• Validate and qualify leads before passing to the sales team
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in B2B lead generation (2+ years)
• Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
• Excellence in data analysis and lead qualification
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in building and managing prospect databases
