v Make phone calls with the intention of selling our MNC Company’s Risk Management products, service and to schedule appointments. Must be able to follow scripts and convert the prospect into lead in a natural and persuasive manner.
v Deliver prepared sales talks that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service .
v Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales.
v Explain our MNC Company’s RMS products or services and prices, and answer questions from prospects.
v Obtain customer information such as name, address, and budget
v Record names, addresses, nature of business and reactions of prospects contacted.
v Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
v Maintain database by doing web searches on companies for particular region.
v Analyze the prospect and generate leads for Sales.
v Telephone or write e-Mails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
v Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and prospects.
v Provide timely updates to Sales for meetings
v Effective Communication — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
v Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behaviour.
v Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
v Electronic mail software —Microsoft Outlook
v Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel
v Preferably minimum 2 year of lead generation experience in international environment
v Any Graduate
