Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Approach cold leads, explain to them our software solutions, and bring them to closure.
  • Closing leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns.
  • Social media skills and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc., for lead generation.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads, potential new markets, growth areas, trends, products, and services.
  • Cultivate, build and manage relationships with clients.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients and negotiating and renegotiating with them over the phone, email, and in-person.
  • Building, managing and reporting on sales pipeline
  • Maintaining daily sales and productivity records.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience working in retail will be an added advantage.
  • Successful previous experience in IT (software of sale solutions), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possessing a strong knowledge of Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
