Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Approach cold leads, explain to them our software solutions, and bring them to closure.
Closing leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns.
Social media skills and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc., for lead generation.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads, potential new markets, growth areas, trends, products, and services.
Cultivate, build and manage relationships with clients.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients and negotiating and renegotiating with them over the phone, email, and in-person.
Building, managing and reporting on sales pipeline
Maintaining daily sales and productivity records.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience working in retail will be an added advantage.
Successful previous experience in IT (software of sale solutions), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Possessing a strong knowledge of Zoho CRM is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
