Key Responsibilities: ● ✅ Territory Allocation: Responsible for generating leads within your designated territory. ● 🛵 Mobility Requirement: Must own a 2-wheeler for daily field visits Primary Duties: 1) Site Identification: ● Identify under-construction or upcoming construction sites in your territory. ● Approach potential clients (contractors/builders) for material supply via Powerplay, directly from brand manufacturers. 2) Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: ● Engage with large builders and contractors, offering material supply with credit facilities and centralized account management. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and future referrals. 3) Site Visits & Follow-Ups: ● Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and client needs. ● Ensure consistent follow-up with customers and update them about product availability, pricing, and offers. 4) Reporting & Documentation: ● Maintain accurate daily records of visits and meetings in the designated tracking sheets or CRM systems. ● Share updates with reporting managers for pipeline tracking and performance evaluation. Qualifications & Skills: ● Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. ● Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any stream ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach ● Prior field sales or construction industry experience is a plus
