RoleAs an Implementation Associate in the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the initial client onboarding and process setup on the Powerplay platform. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve BRB (Business Requirement Board) tickets, ensuring that clients’ construction workflows are mapped, configured, and optimized within our software. This includes creating and customizing GANTT views, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) views, and translating complex construction processes into actionable digital workflows. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide hands-on support, and ensure a seamless transition from traditional processes to Powerplay’s digital ecosystem. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires technical acumen, process understanding, and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve BRB tickets related to client onboarding and process digitization. Map and configure construction project schedules using GANTT charts, ensuring accurate task sequencing, dependencies, and resource allocation. Set up and customize BOQ views for clients, enabling precise cost estimation, procurement, and progress tracking. Understand and document end-to-end construction processes, translating them into digital workflows on the Powerplay platform. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct needs assessments, and provide training/support during the implementation phase. Coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients during the initial setup and handover phases.
