The role involves technical supervision, site coordination, and problem-solving to meet project requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor and manage daily construction activities on-site. Ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications. Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction. Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other project stakeholders. Liaise with the Project Manager and design team for any technical clarifications. Collaborate with the Purchase Team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Documentation: Maintain daily work reports and submit updates in the Powerplay app. Record site issues and report them to the management for resolution. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure workers follow safety guidelines. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and standards. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges at the site. Propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and project efficiency. Site Modifications: Process and document client-requested modifications during the project. Ensure modifications are executed as per the updated designs. Qualifications: Age :18,000 to 35,000 Experience: 0 to 3 years in construction or related fields. Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic construction software. Other Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Compensation: Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (plus petrol conveyance).
