In this role, you will help identify potential customers, engage with key decision-makers, and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and communicate the value of our offerings. This is the perfect role for you to kickstart your career. Key Responsibilities: - Understand our Digital Lending products to create tailored sales pitches for NBFCs and fintech firms - Reach out to potential clients through various channels like cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn - Research key decision-makers and industry trends for strategic prospecting - Monitor competitors and conduct SWOT analysis - Execute email marketing and utilize SEO for lead visibility - Engage prospects, assess their needs, and showcase our solutions - Coordinate discovery calls and product demos - Work closely with marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies - Maintain CRM records and meet monthly lead generation targets Candidate Requirements: - Male Candidates - MBA in Marketing Fresher (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred) - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Interested in Travel - Knowledge of SaaS, Fintech, or Digital Lending ecosystems - Exposure to BFSI/NBFC/Fintech sectors a plus - Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools preferred - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven personality Interested candidates may share their updated CVs at sankar.rajan@novactech.in
