Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
  • Identify potential clients in India and international markets (US, UK, Europe, UAE).
  • Connect with founders, startups, and SMEs and pitch Weaweb services.
  • Schedule discovery calls and pass qualified leads to the founder.
  • Maintain lead tracking in Google Sheets / Notion and update daily status.
  • Create simple marketing posts using Canva and support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects and handle basic client communication.
  • Share daily performance reports and meet weekly lead targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken + written).
  • Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable talking to international clients.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email writing, and marketing.
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Laptop + stable internet connection is mandatory.
  • Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply.
