About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, initiating contact through multiple channels, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, communication, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach toward achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and Sales Navigator.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Maintain and organize lead databases, ensuring timely updates within CRM systems.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective prospecting strategies.
• Track, measure, and report key metrics on lead generation performance and conversion outcomes.
• Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and methods to enhance outreach efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international B2B lead generation, preferably within the IT services domain.
• Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead prospecting platforms.
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with global clients.
• Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and data management best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
