Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can take charge of our LinkedIn presence and help us expand our client base. The role involves identifying potential leads, engaging with them professionally, and supporting the sales team in converting those leads into opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and comfortable communicating with clients online. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow GetSetResumes’ LinkedIn account to identify and connect with potential clients. 
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, shortlist, and reach out to prospects. 
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. 
• Build and maintain a structured database of leads. 
• Maintain an organized database and provide regular updates on outreach activities. 
• Represent GetsetResumes with professionalism and clarity in all online interactions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or LinkedIn outreach. 
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must. 
• Strong communication and networking skills. 
• Good organisational and time management abilities. 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus. 
• Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
