We are seeking an experienced and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Eagle Eye Fleet . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in travel bookings, corporate transport solutions, or cab service sales and should be comfortable making outbound calls to both B2B and B2C customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential clients (corporate & individual) to pitch our travel and cab services Follow up with existing leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings or long-term clients Clearly explain packages, pricing, routes, and vehicle options (sedans, SUVs, luxury cars) to customers Handle inbound calls for tour bookings, airport transfers, corporate cab requirements, etc. Maintain client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Update CRM/database with lead activity and client feedback Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service execution Key Requirements: 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in a travel agency or cab services company Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Knowledge of local routes, Delhi NCR geography, and travel trends Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Self-motivated and target-driven Preferred: Experience handling corporate clients or bulk transport bookings Familiarity with online listing platforms (IndiaMART, Sulekha, JustDial, etc.) Prior work with travel CRM or transport software is a plus Salary & Benefits: Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives Phone & Internet Allowance Opportunity to work with a growing brand in premium fleet & travel services Career progression into Sales or Operations leadership Show more Show less
