Role Overview:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to support our international client expansion. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for someone skilled in research, prospecting, data accuracy, and B2B market understanding.


Your job is to identify the right businesses, right industries, and right decision-makers, ensuring every lead is verified and valuable.


Key Responsibilities:


• Research and identify potential B2B clients across global markets

• Find decision-makers like CEOs, Directors, Founders, Marketing Heads, etc.

• Build targeted prospect lists by industry, geography, and business type

• Work with tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.


Data Accuracy & Quality:


• Ensure every lead is verified and valid

• Maintain structured lead sheets with complete business details

• Eliminate junk, irrelevant, or duplicate data

• Maintain database hygiene and updates


Sales Support & Collaboration:


• Coordinate with Business Development / Sales Team

• Share verified leads in required structured formats

• Support in planning outreach campaigns

• Provide insights from research findings


Market Intelligence:


• Track industries, sectors, and potential business segments

• Identify opportunities, business patterns, and decision-maker behavior

• Monitor competitor presence in target markets when needed


Requirements:


2–5 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation

Experience working with Gulf / US / UK / European markets preferred

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools

Excellent research and analytical skills

Good communication and English proficiency

Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Must have Laptop + Stable Internet
