We are looking to hire a Lead Generation Execute who has hands on experience in the Healthcare Domain, US Cold calling, Healthcare RCM, Medical coding, EHR, or EMR sectors and open for working in night/US shifts.

Job Overview:


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for initiating outbound lead generation strategies, conducting market research, and driving engagement with potential clients in the healthcare industry. The role requires a strong focus on cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads, specifically within the Healthcare RCM, Medical Coding, EHR, and EMR sectors. As an SDR, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the company's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across the APAC region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:

    Conduct outbound lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and other communication channels to identify prospective clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Market Research:

    Perform in-depth research on Healthcare RCM, Medical Coding, Ambient Listening, EHR, and EMR markets across the APAC region to uncover new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Prospect Qualification:

    Qualify leads through effective discovery calls to understand their needs, challenges, and how our healthcare solutions can address their pain points.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales teams to execute targeted lead-generation campaigns tailored to specific regional needs.
  • Sales Support:

    Assist senior sales team members with product demos, presentations, and client meetings as required.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting fixed targets minimum 6 qualified leads per month, contributing directly to sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.


Required Qualifications:


  • 1-6 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar lead generation role.
  • Strong experience in

    cold calling

    , outreach, and lead qualification, particularly within the

    Healthcare RCM

    ,

    Medical coding

    ,

    EHR

    , or

    EMR

    sectors.
  • Basic understanding of

    Healthcare IT solutions

    and

    Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

    .
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively, both over the phone and via email.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA in Marketing

    .
  • Previous experience with

    EHR/EMR platforms

    and

    Healthcare SaaS

    solutions.
  • Knowledge of the

    APAC healthcare market

    and regional trends.
