Job Description

Responsibilities:Research and identify new B2B client leads (through LinkedIn, online portals, calls). Build and maintain a strong database of prospects. Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager. Work on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc. Track leads and update CRM regularly. Requirements:Graduate (any stream), 1–3 yrs of experience in B2B sales / lead generation preferred. Knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, and email marketing tools. Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Kannada. Target-driven and self-motivated.
