Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: HyderabadJobType: full-timeWe are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can focus on finding the right prospects and supporting the sales pipeline. This role requires someone who understands how to research potential customers, gather accurate information, and create a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. You will mainly work on building prospect lists, identifying decision-makers, and using tools like

Clay

to automate and streamline lead-generation workflows. The goal is to help the business reach the right audience by continuously generating relevant and high-potential leads.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify new prospects based on target markets, industry segments, and ideal customer profiles
  • Use Clay and other data enrichment tools to build accurate and high-quality prospect lists
  • Collect information such as emails, company details, job titles, and other relevant data needed for outreach
  • Make sure that all information is verified, updated, and maintained properly

Outbound Prospecting

  • Support outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Prepare lists for outbound campaigns and share them with the sales team
  • Work on personalizing messaging based on the type of prospect and their needs
  • Assist in running A/B tests on outreach templates to see what performs better

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain the lead database in the CRM and ensure all leads are classified and updated regularly
  • Help the sales team with follow-ups and make sure leads move through the pipeline smoothly
  • Flag any lead behaviour or buying signals that indicate interest or potential conversion

Data Work & Reporting

  • Track lead-related data and prepare simple reports on number of leads, quality of leads, and conversion trends
  • Identify issues in lead quality or targeting and suggest improvements
  • Keep an eye on response rates and highlight what is working and what is not

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand target customers
  • Share insights about prospect behaviour, industry patterns, and potential opportunities
  • Participate in regular team discussions to align lead-generation strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, research, or outbound prospecting
  • Practical knowledge of using Clay for list building, workflows, and automation
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and verify data accurately
  • Basic understanding of CRMs and outreach tools
  • Good written communication skills for preparing prospect messages
  • Comfortable handling repetitive research tasks with consistency and attention to detail
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage daily lead targets
  • Someone who likes experimenting with tools, trying new methods, and finding ways to improve lead-gen results
