Role Description This is a contract, remote Lead Generation Specialist role. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, managing lead generation campaigns, conducting market research, and maintaining a record of client interactions. The day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing lead generation strategies, utilizing marketing automation tools, partnering with the core team to ensure quality leads, and analyzing campaign performance. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation tools Skills in Client Engagement and Account-based Management Ability to develop and implement effective Content Management strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Should bring in their book of business Should be willing to use LinkedIn automation on their profile SQL-based (performance-based) payment model.
