Lead Functional Consultant – JDA/BY

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Lead Functional Consultant with extensive expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions to drive business transformation and streamline supply chain processes. Join our team to collaborate with stakeholders, design robust IT solutions, and ensure their successful implementation in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support DevSecOps Manager (DSOM) and Platform Solution Manager (PSM) in evaluating solution feasibility, high-level designs, and estimations during the pre-LPC phase Collaborate with Business, BPO/BPEs, and Architects to elaborate requirements and provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and wireframes, while maintaining a product backlog and functional requirement specifications Validate estimations provided by partners and ensure they align with project scope Design IT solutions to support end-to-end business processes, promoting out-of-the-box functionality to stakeholders Validate solutions against business needs, review test plans and functional test cases, and drive UAT sign-off Develop and deliver user training for implemented applications and ensure availability of technical environments Escalate critical issues affecting product delivery and quality to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner Ensure solutions comply with software quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements Lead third-line IT operations support if required and ensure seamless transition to operations Provide coaching and mentorship to functional consultants, including external partners Requirements 8–14 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in Supply Chain Management and BY solutions Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Supply Planning (BY 2019/2022, previously JDA), with independent solution configuration capabilities Expertise in Forecast Netting and ESP solvers like SPARQ/MAP and Agile Workbench Background in at least two BY ESP implementation projects as a functional consultant Understanding of Inventory Optimization module (Safety Stock Planning) and integration with modules like DP and S&OP Skills in explaining functional solutions to developers for technical implementation Familiarity with reporting tools such as Azure Data Lake Competency in configuring, testing, UAT, go-live, and cutover processes Background in integration using ETL tools like Azure Data Lake and knowledge of SAP modules as an advantage Experience as IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect with robust SDLC exposure Show more Show less
