We are looking for a talented Lead Front-End Engineer to join our engineering team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for creating responsive, efficient, and engaging user interfaces for our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Development: design, development, and maintenance of user-facing features on the SuperOps platform using React.js
• Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to ensure that our platform provides an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Performance Optimization: optimize the performance of the front-end, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest front-end trends and technologies and apply them to improve the SuperOps platform.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application.

Qualification:

• 7+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a strong background in React.JS

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux,)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Webpack front-end build tools
• Experience working with UI frameworks

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with GraphQL or similar query languages.
• Understanding of cloud platforms
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
