Job Title: UI Lead Architect Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid – Pune/Gurgaon Job Summary: Join one of our top customer's team as a UI Lead Architect, where you will drive frontend innovation and shape the technical vision for complex enterprise applications. This senior role blends hands-on UI development expertise with architectural leadership, empowering you to influence both technology choices and client interactions. You'll have the chance to set best practices, mentor engineers, and directly impact project success in a highly collaborative and client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of UI solutions using React and Angular frameworks. Collaborate closely with customer architects and stakeholders to define, communicate, and implement technical strategies. Design scalable, modular, and high-performance systems, ensuring maintainability and alignment with best practices. Champion the integration of backend APIs using FastAPI and Flask, driving seamless end-to-end application flows. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to established UI development standards across the team. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical workshops with customer teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on UI/Frontend. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in building robust backend APIs with FastAPI and Flask. Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality code. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, effective collaboration. Experience with code quality tools like SonarQube, Jest, Cypress, etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead client discussions and present technical solutions. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. In depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass, Tailwind is a plus) with excellent knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred. Hands on knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and design patterns. Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, driving architectural decisions and building stakeholder trust. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a UI Architect or Tech Lead in large-scale enterprise projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in hybrid or distributed agile teams.
