Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To be responsible for monitoring day-to-day accounting in compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance requirements. Institute control to monitor entity wise database to comprehend reporting requirement at SBU level. Book closing confirmation, sharing data with auditor, prepare variance analysis and provide other detail as required for audit, assessment and/or reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Effective coordination basis comprehensive checklist for activity completed for monthly financial closure as per guideline. - Coordinate with GCC team to get data reviewed on regular frequency and prepare Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly/ Annual book closing critical compliance checklist including cash flow Statement specifically for sustenance and project capex with detail analysis of exceptional transactions if any. - With reference to Management representation letter to auditor control point confirmation need to be listed and backup data need to be prepared for reference and perusal in case of need. - Transaction level in formation related to declaration provided in specific report related to Direct tax (TAR / COI) and Indirect Tax (GSTR) to be monitored and comprehended for compliance. - ITC mismatch report review and proactive efforts to avoid loss of credit. Reconciliation of TDS reflected on portal to utilize credit on real time basis. - OPEX monitoring with reference to activity at SBU level. CAPEX monitoring at WBS/IO level with reference to budget assigned at element level with actual amount spent till reporting period. - Scrutiny of ledgers for proactive corrective action need to maintain the book hygiene as per defined parameter for BU Score card. - To ensure that all transactional data / information is entered in SAP on a real time basis with no exceptions. Tracking digital footprint of initial transactions to monitor the leads. - To prepare MIS with MS BI Dashboard & other templates in line with APSEZ reporting practice time to time with D+4 reporting standard added with qualitative input and actionable points reflecting recourse for change in strategy and its implementation effect.

Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualification: CA / MBA / ICWA Experience: 04 – 08 Years in relevant area
