Lead Facilitator – AI Full Stack Development

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate developer-educator who thrives at the intersection of full-stack web development and AI/ML. As Lead Facilitator – AI Full Stack Development, you will guide young learners through designing, building and deploying intelligent web applications. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll lead live-coding sessions, mentor capstone development projects, and help students build portfolio-ready AI-driven apps. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person sessions on full-stack development and AI integration: front-end (React/Angular), back-end (Node.js, Python), databases, APIs, cloud deployment, ML model integration.

• Teach key topics such as: web architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, AI/ML workflows (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), deployment pipelines, DevOps basics, production readiness.

• Guide students through hands-on projects and capstone assignments—building real web apps that incorporate AI/ML, data pipelines and user-interfaces.

• Support portfolio building and presentation of student applications.

• Track progress, engagement, and learning outcomes.

• Mentor students on freelancing, internships and early-stage startup opportunities in AI/full-stack development.

• Collaborate with the curriculum team, mentor-network and product partners to refine learning resources, tools and project briefs.

• Organise demo-days to showcase student applications and drive community impact.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory

• Strong foundation in

  AI concepts, machine learning, deep learning, and full-stack web development

• Minimum

  2 to 3 years of hands-on experience

  in developing and deploying

  AI-driven web applications or intelligent systems

• Proficiency in

  front-end and back-end frameworks

  such as

  React, Node.js, Express, Django, or Flask

• Experience with

  AI/ML tools and libraries

  such as

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face

• Familiarity with

  database systems

  (SQL, MongoDB, Firebase) and

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Prior experience in

  teaching, mentoring, or facilitating coding bootcamps or project-based learning

  in AI or full-stack domains

• Proven ability to

  design, guide, and evaluate real-world projects

  integrating AI models into functional applications

• Understanding of

  version control systems (Git/GitHub)

  , API integration, and best practices in collaborative software development

• Exposure to

  MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment

  for production-level applications

• Demonstrated ability to

  work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments

  and adapt instructional content for diverse learner profiles
