As a GenAI Senior Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end engineering efforts, drive product architecture, and work closely with a cross-functional team to bring applied AI solutions to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s eager to lead technically, grow into an Engineering Manager role, and contribute to platforms that matter. If you're excited about GenAI, cloud-native development, and building systems from the ground up, this role is for you. Responsibilities ● Lead the design and development of scalable, full-stack or managed service applications. ● Own architectural decisions, infrastructure planning, and core code contributions. ● Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate GenAI and intelligent features into real products. ● Build and manage cloud-native deployments. ● Set coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. ● Work closely with product, design, and domain experts to define and execute features. ● Grow into an Engineering Manager role over time, including mentoring and managing a team. Required Experience ● Education - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ● 7–10 years of experience in software engineering (strong full-stack or backend preferred). ● Proven experience owning end-to-end product development. ● Strong in cloud technologies, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices. ● Hands-on experience with modern frameworks: JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.), Python. ● Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, ML Ops. ● Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ● Eager to grow into a leadership role over the next 12 months. Preferred Experience ● Built and deployed SaaS or managed service platforms. ● Exposure to AI agents, GenAI pipelines, or ML deployment workflows. ● Worked with event-driven and distributed architectures.
