Job Description

As a member of the team at Gurgaon, your role involves supporting the implementation of transformation projects in the business units. You will be responsible for the following key accountabilities: - Conducting feasibility studies on the ground and documenting the results - Preparing reports after analyzing the data generated from feasibility studies - Ensuring the timely completion of transformation initiatives within the given quality, cost, and timelines - Communicating plans, status, and issues to senior-level management and stakeholders as required - Taking ownership of issues and tasks to ensure appropriate resolution Preferred Experience and Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization - 3-4 years of experience STL is a leading global optical and digital solutions company that provides advanced offerings to build 5G, Rural, FTTx, Enterprise, and Data Centre networks.
