You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of transformation projects in the business units, including conducting feasibility studies on the ground and documenting the results. Your role will involve preparing reports after analyzing the data generated from feasibility studies and ensuring the timely completion of transformation initiatives within the specified quality, cost, and timelines. In addition, you will be required to communicate plans, status, and issues to senior-level management and stakeholders as necessary. You should be capable of taking ownership of issues and tasks to ensure appropriate resolutions. The preferred qualifications for this role include a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization and 3-4 years of relevant experience.
