As a Transformation Project Support Specialist at the company, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of transformation projects within the business units. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the implementation of transformation projects by conducting feasibility studies on the ground and documenting the results. - Preparing detailed reports by analyzing the data generated from feasibility studies. - Ensuring the timely completion of transformation initiatives within the specified quality, cost, and timelines. - Communicating plans, status, and issues to senior-level management and stakeholders as necessary. - Taking ownership of issues and tasks to ensure appropriate resolutions. The preferred qualifications for this role are: - B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization. - 3-4 years of relevant experience.
