Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in JavaScript and React Js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and contribute to societal advancements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust software applications using JavaScript and React Js to enhance user experience and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure code quality and performance through regular code reviews and testing contributing to the overall success of the project.
Utilize expertise in Product Lifecycle Management to streamline processes and improve product development efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Implement best practices in software development to ensure scalability security and maintainability of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into projects to maintain competitive advantage.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides to support end-users and team members.
Participate in agile development processes ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and enhancements aligning with the companys strategic vision.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives optimizing development processes and enhancing team productivity.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript and React Js with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrate expertise in Product Lifecycle Management with the ability to apply domain knowledge to software development.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Show strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
